"Would you lend bu some money?" sounds lượt thích a question. You are asking whether or not, hypothetically, they would lend you money (if they had some).
"Could you lend bu some money?" is a request. You want some money right now and are asking the person to lớn lend you some.

Note: "Would you please lend bu some money?" is asking the same thing as "Could you (please) lend bu some money?", but in a more friendlier and formal manner.

I agree with all of the answers above. Both ‘would’ and ‘could’ are used in interrogative sentences. ‘Would’: for asking a question of possibility ‘Could’: for requesting permission / asking if the other person has the ability to lớn tự something I would add please at the beginning of the phrase to lớn sound more polite and friendly: “Please could you lend bu some money?” “Please could I borrow some money?” You could also say “Would you be able to lớn lend bu some money please?” “Would I be able to lớn borrow some money please?”
